American Tobacco Employee Share Ownership Plan that on 1 September 2010 the
following executive directors and other persons discharging managerial
responsibility (together the "Participants") had purchased ordinary shares of
25p each in British American Tobacco p.l.c. (the "Shares") by way of the
Partnership Share Scheme at a price of 2270.00 pence per Share.
